Our first lesson to cover is your offer. In this training we are going to deep dive into how to price your offer, how to position your offer to your audience and who the offer is for specifically.
One of the biggest mistakes new coaches make is not knowing who they serve. I have worked with 100s of coaches and about 90% of them come to me saying the work with with “anyone who X” or “men and women”......Men and women…? So, humans? What’s your marketing?
“Hey do you have two eyes and a nose? Then boy do I have an offer for you!!!!”
Silly, right?
You’re all here because you know this challenge is specifically for coaches(you) who want to sign their first client. I have a clear avatar, a clear offer and a clear outcome. I could say “I help new coaches sign their 1st client in 5 days”Â
If you say something like:“I help people feel confident” ….. Hm.
The problems with this:
I don’t know who it’s for specifically I don’t know what the offer isI don’t know the clear outcome (confidence is subjective)Â
If it isn’t specific and people don’t know exactly what they are going to get… they aren’t going to care.
So, let's dive in; make sure you are in a place where you can be preset and focused when you watch each training so you can really absorb. I can’t help you win if you can’t stay away from Instagram for longer than 2 minutes to focus.
